Explanation of Scopes
Architecture: Includes the design of all exterior and interior components that are permanently affixed to the home including foundations, walls, doors, windows, cabinetry, vanities, window treatments, and architectural lighting.
Interior Architecture: Includes the design and selection of all fixed interior components of the structure including wall panels and millwork, cabinets, vanities, stairs, and specialty lighting.
Interior Design: Includes all functional items that are loose or not permanently affixed such as furniture, wall and floor finishes, textiles, window treatments and decorative lighting.
