Starter Services are for clients who are new to the design and construction process or for clients who are new to working with us. We provide you with tools that help to guide you through the beginning stages of the design process in order to make more informed decisions about developing a scope and budget before committing to work with us for the duration of the project.

Concepts, or ideas that guide decision-making in the design process, are realized in this phase of the work. A concept can include descriptive words, sketches and diagrams, or project data.

In order to develop these concepts, we will evaluate the existing conditions at your property and develop an analysis or a diagnosis that propose opportunities or challenges. This information helps us to realize interesting ideas about how to approach the design before we get started on Schematic Design.
