For clients who are looking to build new or significantly alter an existing structure and would like assistance with understanding zoning regulations, preliminary project budgets, maximum allowable units, or proforma reviews for developments of two units or more.

    • Preliminary breakdown of project fees for contractor, architect, and consulting engineers​

    • Preliminary project schedule

    • Feasibility diagrams that indicate project size and site planning
